Welcome to Creativityinschool.com. 

The online site Creativityinschool.com is a combination of internet pages maintained by designer and educator Henrique Mattar Monnerat. The Creativity In School is offered to you on the condition that you accept, without modification, all of the terms, conditions, and information described herein, hereinafter referred to only as “terms”. Your use of Creativity In School’s materials constitutes acceptance of these terms. Please read carefully.

Creativity In School offers free or affordable curriculum content for teaching and learning in areas applicable to design and technology, such as invention, product design, robotics, digital citizenship, 3D printing, electronics, programming, and game design. The materials offered are appropriate for kindergarten, elementary, and high school and reflect the best practices of international schools.

Electronic Communication

Visiting the Creativity In School website or sending emails to the Creativity In School constitutes an electronic communication. You grant Creativity In School permission to send you electronic communications, notifications, and agreement proposals, thus acknowledging that they meet the requirements of the law, being effective for all legal purposes, which is why they legally substantiate the communication between the parties, to the exclusion of any form other than writing.

Privacy

Use of the Creativity In School is linked to your acceptance of our privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy, which governs the use of the site and the relationship with users who access it.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for keeping your registration data confidential and for all activities that take place through your login to the Creativity In School platform using your account and password. You must not provide your data or facilitate access to your account by third parties. Creativity In School is not responsible for any misappropriation of your account by third parties. The use of Creativity In School is intended for people over 18 years of age, and its use by minors is also authorized, provided that they are duly accompanied by their legal guardians, including teachers from educational institutions that use it for educational purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel the purchase of paid content within seven days for a full refund, provided the content has not yet been accessed by the user. Cancellations occurring after the seven days of use will no longer be subject to a refund and will receive their own treatment on a case-by-case basis.

Links to Third Party Sites or Services 

Creativity In School may present content with links to other sites. Links from other sites are not controlled by Creativity In School and are not under its responsibility, but it is committed to carrying out checks periodically to update them. Links are placed to make access more convenient so that the user can access the source of a content if it does not come from Creativity In School. Links do not constitute Creativity In School’s support of the site in question or constitute an association between the parties.

Prohibition of Use and Intellectual Property 

As a condition for the proper use of this site, you guarantee and declare that you will not, under any circumstances, use the Creativity In School in contravention of the National Legislation or in disagreement with these terms.

Applicable law and venue of choice

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular copyright law, Law No. 9,610, of February 19, 1998. The principles of the Brazilian Federal Constitution, as well as the fundamentals of the Republic, will always be observed, especially the social values ​​of work and free enterprise. The parties elect the Central Forum of the District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be, to settle any disputes arising from these terms and conditions.
